Inner Harvest 🍁 An Autumn Meditation

As the season begins to turn toward Autumn, join us for a beautiful evening of slowing down, turning inward, and honoring your own Inner Harvest. This 90-minute experience is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into the warmth and richness of the season. Together, we’ll reflect on what has grown, shifted, or come into fullness in our lives—and create space for what we’d like to carry with us into the months ahead.

The evening will include a deeply relaxing guided meditation, Reiki touch, an individual oracle card pull, and an immersive sound experience designed to help you rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll also take a little time to plant an intention for the season ahead and not as something to accomplish, but as something you’d like to nurture as we move into Autumn.
