Inner Fire Meditation

I can always tell when my inner flame is dying out. I have low energy, a tendency to make myself smaller and others bigger and I can't seem to get motivated. On November 16th, I will share a meditation that restores inner radiance with the added gift of Reiki for each participant passed down from my teachers.

As part of the ritual, I will be burning a very special herb and flower bundle blessed in a sacred water ceremony from a retreat center perched on the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Attached to this bundle is a large Red Aventurine to encourage a sense of renewed empowerment.

This event will take place in a beautiful Art space at The Lofts in Beacon.
