About the event
Friends. If you've been feeling anxious, exhausted, or in need of nurturing in anyway, I invite you to this Earth Medicine Gathering. You’ll be guided through a slow, grounding meditation designed to help you settle into your body and the steady support of the Earth beneath you. Reiki will be offered throughout the experience to support deep nervous system calming, release held tension, and restore a sense of safety and presence. This is not about effort or fixing, but about being gently held, supported, and allowed to rest. You’ll leave feeling more rooted, regulated, and connected to yourself, your body, and the ground you stand on. Earth Oracle cards will be pulled and a sound bath is included.
